Despite having been to some of the most amazing beaches in the world, I learned how to swim, body board and snorkel all at the age of 34.
CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT
Breakfast! Preferably when it includes avocado. My favorite go-to is either a quinoa bowl (with veggies like peppers, kale, red onion, zucchini quickly sauteed in coconut oil) topped with avocado and a free range soft boiled egg or scrambled egg whites with Ezekiel 4:9 with avocado and tomato. Mmmmmmm!!!!
Mahatma Ghandi had it right when he said “Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.” I love this quote because it speaks to the integrity between who you are, what you do and how you do it. Happiness really is that simple. I believe that once your thoughts, decisions, choices and actions reinforce what’s REALLY most important to you, true happiness is yours no matter what’s going on around you.
